Who needs a visa?
كل الزوار يحتاجون تأشيرة دخول سارية، باستثناء مواطني دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
All visitors need a valid entry visa, except nationals of GCC countries.
مواطنو دول مجلس التعاون يكفيهم إحضار البطاقة المدنية أو جواز سفر ساري فقط.
GCC nationals only need to bring their civil ID or a valid passport.
بعض الجنسيات مؤهَّلة للحصول على تأشيرة إلكترونية مباشرة — يُرجى مراجعة موقع وزارة الداخلية للتفاصيل.
Some nationalities are eligible for a direct e-visa — please check the Ministry of Interior website for details.

Documents Required to Process the Visa

نموذج طلب التأشيرة معبّأ بالكامل
A fully completed visa application form
نموذج طلب التأشيرة الرسمي (مرفق أدناه) — ببيانات دقيقة ومطابقة تماماً لجواز السفر. الطلب الناقص لا يُعالَج.
The official visa application form (attached below), with accurate details that exactly match the passport. An incomplete application will not be processed.

نسخة جواز السفر
Passport copy
مسح ضوئي واضح (وليس بكاميرا الجوال)، مقصوص ومستقيم بشكل صحيح، وبصيغتين (PDF و JPG). يُرفق الصفحة الثانية للجنسية الهندية، والثانية والثالثة للجنسية الباكستانية. صلاحية الجواز أكثر من 6 أشهر.
A clear scan (not a phone-camera photo), correctly cropped and straight, in both PDF and JPG. Attach page 2 for Indian nationals, and pages 2 and 3 for Pakistani nationals. Passport must be valid for more than 6 months.

Residency copy (for GCC-based exhibitors)
إذا كانت الشركة العارضة مسجّلة في إحدى دول مجلس التعاون، تُرفق نسخة الإقامة — ويجب أن تكون باسم نفس الشركة العارضة المسجّلة.
If the exhibiting company is registered in a GCC country, attach a residency copy — it must be in the name of that same registered exhibiting company.

خطاب طلب التأشيرة
A visa request letter
يُرسَل منفصلاً بالبريد الإلكتروني، ويتضمن أسماء جميع العارضين المشمولين في طلب واحد.
Sent separately by email, listing the names of every exhibitor included in one request.

Passport Data Page Reference
يُرفَق مسح ضوئي لصفحة البيانات هذه من جواز السفر — نفس الصفحة الموضّحة في المثال، بكل حقولها ورمزها القابل للقراءة الآلية (MRZ) في الأسفل واضحاً بالكامل.
Attach a scan of this exact data page from the passport — the page shown in the example, with every field and the machine-readable zone (MRZ) at the bottom fully legible.

Passport valid for more than 6 months from the application date

The name on the form must exactly match the passport

Entry visas are currently not granted to nationals of: Palestine, Iran, Iraq
لا تصدر تأشيرات لأفراد العائلة، الطلاب، القاصرين، العمالة المنزلية، أو السائقين
Visas are not issued for family members, students, minors, domestic workers, or drivers

Final visa approval rests solely with the Ministry of Interior, not with KIF management

Failing to follow these instructions leads to rejection — applications that do not meet this standard will not be processed.

عند الوصول إلى الكويت
On Arrival in Kuwait
بعد إصدار التأشيرة، تُرسَل نسخة التأشيرة الإلكترونية مباشرة بالبريد الإلكتروني.
After the visa is issued, a copy of the e-visa is sent directly by email.
حسب اللوائح الجديدة لوزارة الداخلية، التأشيرة صالحة للدخول خلال شهر واحد من تاريخ إصدارها — يجب الدخول إلى الكويت قبل تاريخ الانتهاء المذكور عليها.
Under the Ministry of Interior's current regulations, the visa is valid for entry within one month of its issue date — you must enter Kuwait before the expiry date printed on it.
يُطبع من التأشيرة نسخة ملوّنة قبل السفر، وتُحفظ نسخة إضافية على الهاتف للوصول السريع لرمز QR.
Print a color copy of the visa before travel, and keep an extra copy on your phone for quick access to the QR code.
بما أنها تأشيرة إلكترونية، لا يوجد تأشيرة ورقية فعلية تُسلَّم عند الوصول — ممثل المعرض لن يقدّم أي تأشيرة بالمطار.
As this is an e-visa, no physical paper visa is handed out on arrival — the exhibition's representative will not provide any visa at the airport.
كل عارض مسؤول عن التأكد من إجراءات الوصول اللازمة مع شركة الطيران الخاصة به قبل السفر.
Each exhibitor is responsible for confirming the necessary arrival procedures with their own airline before travel.
يمكن التحقق من صلاحية التأشيرة عبر تطبيق «Kuwait VISA» (متوفر على المتجر): تحقّق ← مسح رمز QR على التأشيرة المطبوعة.
Visa validity can be verified via the "Kuwait VISA" app (available on the app store): Verify → scan the QR code on the printed visa.
